BRAD KIMMELMAN

I have been involved the real estate business for more than 22 years, working in most aspects: residential & commercial sales, property management, marketing, and development. I learned to negotiate at the age of 22 on Wall Street, Manhattan, with Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Services in commercial leasing. I  started working in Residential Real Estate in Connecticut since 2001 and was recently asked to help manage three offices for William Pitt Sotheby's International Realty in Ridgefield, Wilton and Norwalk, CT.

As a member of our community, I teach the Principles and Practices of Real Estate course, a requirement to becoming a real estate agent in Connecticut. It is my job to inform these students regarding all aspects of the real estate business in preparation to taking the State licensing test. I love helping people succeed!


I have lived in the Ridgefield area for many years. I know the area very well and can help you find the neighborhood that fits your new home criteria! I live in Ridgefield on Rainbow Lake, one of Ridgefield's beautiful lake communities. I love my neighborhoods and I am a board member of the Ridgefield Lakes Association.

As a child, I studied acting and was a professional actor in the Screen Actors Guild from 12 to 24 years old. I have performed at the Ridgefield Theater Barn in Ridgefield, Muscials at Richter in Danbury and TheatreWorks in New Milford.

I went to High School at Rye Country Day School in Rye, NY, and Graduated from Boston University with degrees in Film and Political Science. I was a long distance runner and am still an avid tennis player. My two terrier dogs, Zack and Sydney, although small dogs, have big personalities. You may hear them adding their comments to conversations from time to time if speaking to my from my home office. Sydney always has an opinion on which home you should buy.
